- With the tips of your fingers, go over the wrinkles that are concentrated in the area of the nasolabial fold, smoothing gently.
- Press your fingers from the nose to the temple, passing through your cheekbones. Finally you will rub making small circles.
- The eye contour area; pressing in circles in two directions: from the lacrimal outwards and from outside towards the lacrimal.
- Between the eyebrows, make upward movements with your index fingers.
- Finally, press the skin of your forehead from the eyebrows to the root of the scalp.
